The most common problem with increasing age is knee pain. In my experience, this issue often arises when there is a lack of protein in the body and bones do not get proper nutrition.

👉 To prevent knee pain, my advice is:
• Walk for at least 1 hour daily.
• Include protein-rich foods in your diet.
• Mix 10% chickpea flour (besan) with wheat flour to make chapati.
• Eat green vegetables rich in calcium and iron.

This helps elderly people strengthen their bones and stay active even in old age.

 

Health Tips for Children

Nowadays, children consume too much fast food and junk food. This directly affects their health.
• It increases obesity.
• Causes anemia (lack of blood/iron).
• Leads to stomach pain and fatigue while studying.

👉 My advice for children:
• Give them homemade nutritious food.
• Add milk, pulses, green vegetables, and seasonal fruits to their daily diet.
• Encourage children to play outdoors and exercise regularly.

Among women, problems like obesity, blood sugar fluctuations, and thyroid issues are rapidly increasing.
The main reasons are – eating fried/junk food outside and lack of physical activity.

👉 What women should do:
• Treat household work as exercise and stay active.
• Avoid outside food and take a balanced diet.
• Practice yoga, pranayama, and light workouts daily.
• Ensure proper sleep and water intake.

By following these habits, women can not only stay fit but also inspire their families.

 

Obesity and Its Impact on Health

Obesity has become common in people of all age groups. It is not only about appearance but also the root cause of diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease, and knee pain.

• Avoid junk and market food.
• Include protein and fiber-rich foods in your diet.

I Dev Fitness Equipment, with my 56 years of experience am here to help you all to live a healthy and happy life. In my long journey I saw how our traditional tradition made us strong and healthy, and how today modern life has brought us closer to helplessness.

In earlier times people used to live more than 100 years and remained completely healthy. The reason for this was their laborious and natural structure. Village people used to do completely physical labor for their daily tasks. Pure food and Desi Nuskhe kept them away from the challenge. Women also used to remain completely fit by doing household and doctor work, due to which they did not get the job of any doctor.

Today we are uninvolving our fitness. We get our work done with tools or have been approved on the machine, due to which physical labor has reduced. Our habits have been changed, and we have become more dependent on market food, which has neither fat nor protein. All this is harming our health and promoting problematic issues.

Our Advice: Simple Mantra of Healthy Life

Based on our experience, we give some simple suggestions:

*Adopt exercise: Do exercise for at least 1 hour daily so that water is removed from your body. This plan will help to keep your body fit.

*Cycle and pencil: If your office or work place is important, then use pencil instead of car. Walk for small tasks. 20 minutes of cycle drawing itself serves the whole purpose of your body.

*Chat from market food: Eat homemade monster food instead of market food like chaat, momos, bazaar. This is important for both your fitness and health.

*Take care of children: Children are the future of our country. Along with their studies, their healthy skin is also as important as childhood. They waste their time at DJ and burger joints. Every parent should give their children at least 2 hours off after school.
